The 5km track to reach the house is in mostly good condition with only a couple of small spots where you need to drive slowly. Entry is via double gates that lead to parking just below the house. The first bedroom off the hall has a stone clad feature wall, an in-built wardrobe and a shower room with walk-in shower. The next bedroom is the largest and it has two huge windows that overlook the tree lined hillsides. There is also an in-built wardrobe and the en-suite has bright tiling within the shower and by the basin. A family bathroom is down the hall and this is a good sized bathroom with large shower and double brass basins. At the end of the hall are the final two bedrooms one either side of a wall with a niche. Water is from a well and pumped to a large tank behind the house and then pumped into the house.
