On the outskirts of Muro you find this historic finca perfectly renovated to the last detail and perfectly equipped with the best comforts. This traditional Mallorcan house is distributed over two floors: a spacious main entrance with a staircase leading to the upper floor. In the lower part from the entrance we can access the open kitchen, equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances of high quality and a wood burning fireplace, the kitchen has an shape directed towards a large space for meals, a sink and the laundry room, then we can access a large living room with fantastic views to the Bay of Alcudia, and the garden with swimming pool, which allow us to see the immensity of the estate. The living room connects with the lower bedroom, which has an en suite bathroom. In the upper part, there are three bedrooms, all of them double and equipped with air conditioning hot/cold, one of them with en suite bathroom, in the master bedroom there is access to a large terrace which allows us to have fantastic views of more than half of Mallorca. Although there is no air-conditioning in the upper part of the house, the thick-walled stone construction keeps the temperature very well and in the mornings the coolness of the night is preserved by the cool air flowing through during the nights. Close to Playas de Muro and Puerto de Alcudia, far away from crowded urban areas if you are looking for peace and quiet. This house is fantastic to enjoy a holiday with family or friends, to enjoy a few months or a few days of peace and tranquility that brings the area.
