Sanxenxo, is the capital of tourism in the Rías Baixas, Galicia, Spain, is located in the southern part of the Salnes region, on the coast bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, in this part of the Ría are the municipalities of Marín, with its Military Naval School, Bueu, Pontevedra or Poyo, and towns such as Portonovo or Combarro, with its typical granaries (canastros) and fishing village of great beauty. In its waters you can practice sailing and navigation safely, highlighting among the facilities for this purpose the Real Club Náutico de Sanxenxo. From here the last Volvo Ocean's Race departed.
