MEDITERRANEAN STYLE HOUSE - This little house is located in the CAN CARBONELL area in the town of Caldas de Malavella, next to Llagostera. It brings us close to the Costa Brava and at the same time, close to central towns like Girona or Barcelona. We are welcomed by a completely natural environment, full of light and calm, perfect for peaceful living. The plot is protected and camouflaged from the entrance street by the trees and vegetation that form a natural fence. Everything around the house is forest, with its cork oaks among others. A picnic area is located in one part of this natural garden. The house is divided into the main dwelling and an annex with an independent door. The main house welcomes us in the hall, leading us to the dining room with a large window and fireplace, followed by the kitchen. We pass through the hallway, with a large central bathroom and three bedrooms. All of them with built-in wardrobes. In the 'annex' house, we have a large room, a double bedroom, and a large bathroom. On the more private side of the house, there is a staircase leading us to the semi-covered pool area with a paved perimeter. There is also a small house for the pool equipment and the machine room.
