Flat and very sunny land divided into two plots in Mañufe with good access, just ten minutes from the entrance to the AP9, and five minutes from the center of Gondomar. In one of the plots we find ruins of an old former building. The plots are buildable with the restrictions of the area according to the urban plan of the municipality of Gondomar. The town of Gondomar, town hall of the province of Pontevedra, is located in the Val Miñor, in the south western end of Galicia, a territory, at the same time, exuberant in nature but humanized and welcoming. It limits to the north with Vigo and Nigrán, to the west with Baiona, to the east with Porriño and Tui and to the south with Tomiño. Its wide extension (74.8 square kilometers) is offered by a wide variety of landscapes and habitats: from the rocky escarpments of the Sierra del Monte Gallinero, through forests such as Oliveira, brañas such as Chan del Cereixo, banks of the Grova and Miñor to the juncales of the Miñor estuary. Vigo, Tui, Portugal is accessed in less than fifteen minutes by highway, being just five minutes from the beaches of the Nigrán and Baiona coasts.
