The solidity of the construction is based on a reinforced concrete structure, complemented by a façade with exterior thermal insulation and an acrylic cladding that is harmonized with composite panels of wood, aluminum and stone. Inside, the lining ensures optimal thermal and acoustic comfort. The villas enjoy inverted flat roofs with thermal insulation and landscaped finish. The windows and exterior doors are made of aluminum with thermal break and insulating double glazing. The access door to each home is armoured, and in the villas, aluminium doors with thermal break are chosen. The interior carpentry is lacquered MDF, incorporating modular cabinets with drawers in the bedrooms, using FSC and PEFC certified woods. The interior distribution is defined by plaster partitions reinforced with a metal core and plasterboards, or ceramics. The plumbing installation is individualized and has an aerothermal system for the production of heating and domestic hot water, as well as underfloor heating The electrical installation includes Shneider mechanisms, a video intercom system and telecommunications pre-installation for various technologies. The development integrates a Scheider home automation system for the management of air conditioning, intrusion and flooding/fumes, controllable through a mobile application. The kitchens are furnished and equipped with Siemens appliances. The villas have private swimming pools.
