The bathrooms are equipped with white porcelain sanitaryware, Duravit wall-hung toilets, extra-flat shower trays and Hansgrohe taps. The plumbing installation is individualized and has an aerothermal system for the production of heating and domestic hot water, as well as underfloor heating The electrical installation includes Shneider mechanisms, a video intercom system and telecommunications pre-installation for various technologies. The development integrates a Scheider home automation system for the management of air conditioning, intrusion and flooding/fumes, controllable through a mobile application. The kitchens are furnished and equipped with Siemens appliances. The villas have private swimming pools.
