Samara is a luxurious complex with a 24-hour concierge and is completely safe. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, communal pool, sauna, heated indoor pool, massage room and gym. This exclusive apartment is located on one floor and is only 4 steps away from the garage where the parking space is located. The apartment, with spectacular sea views from all rooms, consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious living and dining room with access to the beautiful covered terrace with incredible sea views. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a double bed and spectacular sea views, the windows have blackout curtains to guarantee your rest. In addition, the master bedroom benefits from an abundance of closet space. We also provide towels and bed linen, so you only need to bring your personal belongings for your Samara vacation. The apartment has general air conditioning (hot/cold) so you can adjust the temperature to suit your needs The master bedroom's bathroom has a large bath with shower, double sink, toilet and bidet. A hairdryer is also provided in both bathrooms. In addition, both bathrooms have underfloor heating, which is very advantageous in the colder winter months. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds that can be joined together to form a large double bed. The door to the 2nd room has curtains and blinds. The second bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The living room of our holiday home in Samara is furnished with great care and is very well equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. From the living room and the two bedrooms you have direct access to the beautiful terrace with an outdoor table. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, multifunction oven, quiet fridge, induction hob and dishwasher.
