This luxury apartment located in the center of San Sebastian is in an elegant historic building. It is just a few meters from La Concha beach, 10 minutes away walking to the Old Town and 15 minutes to the Kursaal. There are numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, etc nearby. It is on the fifth floor of the building and has an elevator. Maximum number of guests: 8 The property is distributed as follows: A terrace of 10 square meters with table and chairs from which you can see the sea. It is accessed from the living room and the master bedroom. The living-dining room is integrated with the kitchen in the same space with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, iron, ironing board, etc. The living-dining room has a comfortable couch, a 32″ flat screen TV and a DVD player. If the group is larger than 6 people, the couch can become a comfortable double bed. It has a dining table that can be opened to accommodate up to 8 people. The second bedroom has a double bed of 1.40 x 2 meters, two night tables with their respective lamps and a large closet. The third bedroom has two single beds of 0.90 x 2 meters, two night tables with their respective lamps, a closet and a desk with chair. It has natural light because it has a large window from side to side of the room that overlooks a large courtyard of neighbors. Two bathrooms with WC, shower and natural light as both have a window overlooking a large courtyard of neighbors. In one of them, there is the washing machine in a closet. The house has wooden floors except for the bathrooms which have modern tiles. Also, the house is decorated with original paintings that give it a distinctive vibe. There is free wifi and telephone with flat rate for local and national calls. Well-behaved pets are allowed and smoking is prohibited inside the property.
