This third floor apartment has incredible sea views. It is in its original condition and with some paint and new furniture it would be a lovely apartment ideal for a holiday home or to rent. You also have a parking space and a storage room on the same floor. It's a good price, but it needs a little cosmetic work. With better furniture, repainting and some pictures on the wall it would be beautiful.
