This nice size and well kept apartment is located 2 blocks away from playa Tamarit in Santa Pola.  This is a small building with only 6 apartments. Each apartment has a parking space and a storage unit and the building has a shower and water filter. The apartment is on a second floor.  As you walk in the apartment you will find the main bedroom with built in wardrobe, on suite with shower.  Going down the hall there are 2 more bedrooms, both with built in wardrobes.  There is also a second bathroom with shower.  There is a living/dining area with access to a nice size rap around balcony with views to the beach and awnings all around it.  There is a small kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer.  The kitchen has direct access to the balcony and pocket doors, which saves space.  The living room area is separated from the balcony by large sliding pocket doors.  There is central AC/heating throughout the apartment and fans in each bedroom. The building is close to children's playground , basketball court, restaurants, bars.  The street market is a 10 minute walk and takes place every Monday and Saturday.  Downtown Santa Pola y a 5 minute drive from the apartment as well as the port.
